The Confessions Tour is Madonna′s seventh concert tour in 2006 in support of her Confessions on a Dance Floor album.
During the concert, songs from Madonna′s latest album“Confessions on a Dance Floor”were performed, as well as old songs of the singer adapted to the sound of the album. The stage action is a complex staged show with massive sets and complex choreography.
Madonna′s concerts have generated a wave of scandals, primarily associated with the song Live to Tell, during the performance of which the singer appears crucified on a cross. Christian, Muslim, and Jewish religious leaders harshly criticized the concert number. At the same time, Madonna insists that she was not going to offend the feelings of believers, and the stage number is aimed at drawing attention to the problem of the spread of AIDS among children in Africa.
