A Concert for George was held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on November 29, 2002 in memory of George Harrison on the occasion of the first anniversary of his death. The event was hosted by Harrison′s widow, Olivia, and their son, Dhani. The organization from the musical side was taken over by Eric Clapton and Jeff Lynne (friends of Harrison and his brothers in the Traveling Wilburys). The profit from the event, which was attended by more than 5,000 people, was donated to the Material World Charitable Foundation.

 

2002年11月29日，在乔治·哈里森逝世一周年之际，为纪念他，在伦敦皇家阿尔伯特音乐厅为他举行了一场音乐会。这次活动由哈里森的遗孀奥利维亚和他们的儿子达尼主持。音乐方面有埃里克·克莱普顿（Eric Clapton）和杰夫·林恩（Jeff Lynne）。5000多人参加了此次活动，活动所得利润捐给了物质世界慈善基金会。
